Staff Choices
Please remember we work as a team and it is important to us that you feel comfortable trying any and all of our stylists, estheticians and technicians.

Appointments
To obtain the appointment you want, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Aurora. As a courtesy, we try to confirm all appointments. However, this is not always possible; therefore clients are responsible for appointments they have made. For unexpected or special circumstances, inquire about our cancellation list.

Cancellations
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a single service or 48 hours for multiple services. Gift Certificates may also be forfeited without 24-hour prior cancellation as well. Services not cancelled prior, may result in a charge. Thank you for complying with this necessary policy.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with any hair service, please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to redo the service free of charge. Many factors affect a finished cut or chemical hair service, and it is important to us that our clients are completely happy. If you fail to communicate with either the salon or your stylist with in the 5-day period, you will be charged the regular salon price for the appointment. The original stylist must redo your service unless other arrangements have been made with the management. There are no refunds for services rendered.

We gladly accept Debit, Mastercard, Visa, & Personal Checks for services rendered, including Hair Exstensions by SO.CAP.
